↑ top Why are multiple or duplicate charges showing on my credit card just after I placed my order?
If you submit your order more than one time, your credit card company has probably “authorized” the funds to be set aside for the merchant as many times as the order was submitted. If you see an error message in the cart indicating the transaction was not successful, most likely our processor did not approve the order and your funds will not be “captured” by Wake Up Frankie.
Once your order is successfully accepted, by Wake Up Frankie, we will “capture” your funds when the order is ready to ship and any duplicate authorizations will fall off from your credit card.
If you have not received a successful cart transaction confirmation, you can call Wake Up Frankie during business hours and we will try to see why the transaction was not successful. It could be incorrect billing information or not enough funds available.
If you need to have the multiple “authorizations” removed as soon as possible, call your credit card company for their procedure to remove these “authorizations." Wake Up Frankie has no authority to remove pending “authorizations” on your credit card.
