What is your shipping policy?
In stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours.
Shipping charges within in continental USA are according to customers method of shipment and product and are calculated automatically through FedEx. For outside the continental USA there will be additional shipping charges.  6.75% sales tax added to Illinois orders.  Items are shipped via FedEx Ground, back order items are shipped (no extra shipping cost) separately.

What are back orders?
Items on back order are shipped after a minimum of two weeks. If the "top of the bed" is on back order the whole order will be held until the "top of the bed" is in stock.

What is a Comforter?

A comforter is a decorative covering for your bed filled with 6 generous oz of polyester fill.

Twin- approx 65”W x 88”L                       Full/Queen (fits both sizes)- approx 86” X 86”

What is a Duvet Cover?
A duvet is like a giant pillowcase you slip over a comforter- either a down filled or an old comforter to instantly change the look.  In warmer weather, you can remove the comforter or filler and continue to use the decorative duvet cover. Duvets are easier to clean due to the removable filler.  Ours has a 5 button closure.

What is a Coverlet?

A mid weight decorative covering for your bed, usually faux fur or velvet.  It is used in place of a comforter, or can be laid over a comforter

What is a Bed Drape?

A lightweight decorative covering for your bed, usually an un- lined cotton or sheer organza.  It can be used in place of a comforter or draped over a comforter.  If the bed drape is sheer, you may prefer to use a white liner to conceal any patterns that may show through.

What is a Bed Skirt?
A bed skirt covers your box spring and bed frame and reaches to the floor.  The white platform lays between the box spring and the mattress.  The skirt length is a standard 14” drop from  top of the box spring to floor.  We offer both ruffled style (1.75X shirring) and tailored (straight).

What is a Bed skirt liner?
A bed skirt liner can be used under our sheer skirts.  The platform of the liner lays between the box spring and the mattress.  The skirt length is approx 13.5”L,  The liner skirt  is shirred 1.25 X.

What is a Standard sham?
A decorative covering for a standard size sleeping pillow that measures  21”X 26” .  Most have an overlapping closure back center.

What is a European sham?
A decorative covering for a large square shaped pillow that measures 27” X 27”.  The European pillows rest behind the standard sham for the look you see in our photos.  This size makes a great floor pillow too!

What is a Canopy?
100% polyester sheer metallic organza. The Zen Zone Canopy is a one piece unit that can be suspended from the ceiling with 12" attached loops using hooks (not included), the four hanging panels are 84" L, twin canopy ceiling measures 39" W X 80" L. full-queen canopy ceiling measures 60" W X 80" L.

What is a Valance?
A decorative “topper” for the window, can be used alone or combined with window panels.  Our valances have a standard 3” rod pocket to accommodate oversized rods and usually hang 13” to 18”.   Some valances have decorative  trim (pompons, beads etc) at the hem.  Our valance width is  81” and will “gather” on rods that measure up to 60” in length.

What are Panels?
window-there are two panels per package.  The total width will vary depending on the style you choose, we use an 3”oversized rod pocket to accommodate today’s  thicker rods. The panels are a standard 84” length in addition to the 3 “ rod pocket, making an over all length of 87”.  These window panels can be used on the “straight rod style” canopy beds too.

What is a Beaded Curtains?
Measures 36"W x 75"L on a rigid white plastic track with two hooks for hanging, high quality beaded curtain has 36 strands per track. A Frankie Favorite!

What is our retail philosophy?

While we have been vendor to many major retailers over the past 14 years, our designs were enthusiastically embraced but usually “watered down” to meet lower price points required by large retailers.  They requested we print our patterns on lesser quality goods and were asked to remove all the bells and whistles even though the bells and whistles were precisely what made the ensembles special in the first place!

Now that we are selling directly to the public— we can do it our way -we can offer the extra touches that set a product apart from the norm—like—100% cotton fabrics, sheer metallic organza, cuddly faux fur, sparkling glitter netting, rhinestones, silver metallic printing, funky pompons, boa feathers, golden tassels, hand painted artwork and the list goes on.  We stuff our comforters with more stuffing and gather our ruffles tighter than the big retailers.  So you will pay a little more, but we didn’t think the customer was opposed to quality…maybe even willing to pay a little more for it. Enjoy your very special new bedding.

What is your Privacy Policy?

Guess what? We do not have a big, long legal mumbo jumbo privacy policy to snowball you. Do you know why? We simply do not, under any circumstances, sell, share or provide any information given to us. Period! We guarantee it!

If you sign up for e-mail or home mailers, your information is used strictly to receive Wake Up Frankie mail. All work is done in house, meaning we do not use mailing or order filling services that would have access to our customer information. No outside services are used. Yep--you're right--we are completely trustworthy. And you have our word on it!

What is your Return Policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied, UNUSED merchandise can be returned for exchange, credit, or refund. All claims should be made within 21 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping, handling and all personalized items are NOT refundable. Please call 1-866-WAKEUP2 (24/7) or email customerservice@wakeupfrankie.com for Return Authorization number. No packages will be accepted if an RMA# is not displayed on the outside of returns. If returned items are not received in the same condition as shipped, they may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  If items are in poor condition and DO NOT pass inspection, items will be returned to the customer. 

IMPORTANT!  YOU MUST INSPECT YOUR PACKAGES IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING.  NO CLAIMS FOR MISSING OR DAMMAGED GOODS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.
